Do you sell directly to members of the public?
No, we only sell to hospitals, Institutes for clinic trials, clinics, wholesalers and retailers (Including Pharmacies and any other healthcare professionals).
We do supply our own branded products to consumers which do not require a license.
Do you have your own temperature controlled vehicles for Cold Chain Products? Yes, we usually send our own temperature controlled vehicle.
I usually have an urgent requirement for products and require a fast delivery especially when a patient is booked in for some kind of treatment. How can you offer this service?
If you are buying a product from us on a regular basis, we would ensure we hold sufficient stock according to your buying pattern.
Why do I have to provide so much information, and in particular why do I have to give details of my professional registration?
As a pharmaceutical wholesaler we are required to establish the professional status of our customers and authenticate our buyer, especially when supplying prescribed products.
Where do you export pharmaceuticals and over-the-counter (OTC) medicines?
We export to any country, unless prohibited by UK law or the manufacturer. The purchaser is required to clear all shipments through local customs and comply with local regulations.
Every country regulates its imports and the regulations are particularly strict for pharmaceuticals. How do I know if the products I import from you are legally available for sale for the destination country?
Governmental departments regulate prescription medicines, such as the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in the U.S. and the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) in the United Kingdom. Depending on the destination of the goods, you must check these requirements before purchasing any goods from Ambe Medical Group and ensure you are legally importing the goods. We do not take any responsibility for registering products in the destination country.
Do you accept returns?
All requests for returns should be advised to us within 48 hours of receipt of goods. We only accept goods for return where there has been a recall on a product or damage to the packaging.
What is your minimum order?
We do not have a minimum order however postage and packaging will be charged all orders under £75 (ex VAT)
